Health Connect is Android's shared home for health data. HYFO reads from it, with your permission, so the apps and devices you already use feed straight into HYFO.

Setting it up
On Android 14 and later, Health Connect is built in. On older versions it's a free app from Google Play. HYFO walks you through it the first time you open Health.
Questions
Which apps work with Health Connect?
Google Fit, Samsung Health, Fitbit and many watches, scales and fitness apps write to Health Connect. Anything they share can appear in HYFO.
Does HYFO write to Health Connect?
No. HYFO only reads.
